Darling Privé Return Policy

Return Requests

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product if the item is damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior approval from Darling Privé will not be accepted.

Return Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
