Darling Privé Return & Exchange Policy

At Darling Privé, we are committed to delivering elevated pieces with exceptional quality and care. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Requests

All exchange requests must be approved prior to returning any item.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at

support@darlingprive.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must show no signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant stains, damage, or alteration

Darling Privé reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, or beauty products
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit if approved.

Store Credit

Approved exchanges that cannot be replaced may be issued as store credit in the form of a Darling Privé digital gift card.

Store credits do not expire.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Darling Privé is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Returns & Fraud Prevention

Darling Privé reserves the right to refuse exchanges, store credits, or future service if we identify the following:

  • Excessive return activity
  • Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse
  • Worn merchandise
  • Policy manipulation
  • Unauthorized returns
